• If you don’t have an account, click on register in the top right section of the website.
• This will land you on another page with empty slots requiring more information.
• Enter your valid email and password.
• Click on the Register button.
• An email will be sent to your email address with a link to verify your account.
• Open your email and click on the email link.
• You will be redirected to the KMTC portal.
• Fill in your personal information on the account creation form provided.
• Click on the register button.
• You will be provided with a form to confirm your data.
• Check information accuracy

KMTC courses application process

The application process is the most sensitive as it is the only way that you are going to join the college for the desired medical course. Therefore, you must fill in all information accurately and carefully follow all instructions. You can use the following steps to apply for the desired course at KMTC.

• On the left sidebar, click on the applications.
• From the drop-down menu, click Apply.
• You will be directed to option 1-course selection.
• Select the Option 1-course level (Diploma or Certificate) and click Search. A form will appear on the page.
• Select your desired course.
• Fill in the form details as guided by the labels and ensure that all fields are filled.
• Click on Submit Application.
• You will be redirected to Option-2 Form.
• Select the course level (Diploma or Certificate) and click Search. The actions will bring a form on the page.
• Select your desired Option 2-course.
• Fill in the form details as guided by the labels and click on Submit Application.
• You will be redirected to the Upload KCSE certificate page.
• Select the KCSE certificate/result slip soft-copy file and click Upload.
• You will be redirected to the upload leaving certificate page.
• Select the leaving certificate soft-copy file and click Upload.
• You will be redirected to the upload National ID/Birth Certificate/Passport page.
• Select the leaving National ID/Birth Certificate/Passport soft-copy file on the front side.
• Select the leaving National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport soft-copy file on the backside and click Upload.
• You will be redirected to confirm courses page.
• Make sure the courses listed reflect your selected courses.
• If you wish to change the course, click on the Reject button.
• You will be redirected to the application page again.
• Once satisfied, click confirm, and you will be redirected to make a payment of Ksh.2,022 to MPESA Paybill number 964150 (Confirm that the payment is paid to Kenya Medical Training College).
• Click on Confirm button.
• If you get a message stating, "Please pay Ksh.2022 to Paybill number 96150 To Confirm the Courses", wait for up to ten minutes and refresh the page.
• A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone number (Added as phone number 1 while entering personal information).
• If you don't get an SMS, please call the following numbers for assistance – 0723004516, 0723000429, 0736212060, 0736993813
• Click on My Applications from the left menu to see your applied courses.

KMTC has temporarily waived the requirement to upload documents during application to make the process easier for prospective students. Therefore, all documents are going to be verified during admission. Entering erroneous information during the application leads to automatic disqualification.

• Browse to the portal.
• Select Forgot Your Password.
• You will be required to provide your email address.
• Then click on Password Reset.
• You will be sent a new password activation link through your mail.

• You will then be required to input your number or birth certificate number.
• Click on Submit.
